Where does it say that his is a new document less than 10 years old? The true original birth certificate usually stays in the courthouse. People are given a certified official copy of their birth certificate that is embossed with the seal from the Clerk of Court or other authority. Some states make a photocopy then officialize it with a seal. Others print out a new copy from the computer and officialize it with a seal.
The document you posted is printed on a form that was revised in November of 2001 so it can't be a copy of his original birth certificate unless he never had one before that date. The information may be correct but it's a relatively new document.
I had to get a new copy of my La. certificate a few years back. It is a printout of the old carbon copy on a new "official" document-type paper with raised seal. Here in Texas they just print a complete, new-looking document, kind of like Obama's.
Just to clear this up - conservative is not the "opposite" of socialist. You wouldn't want to infer that anyone who is not a conservative is likely a socialist. Apples and cucumbers. Capitalist is the "opposite" of socialist. (not exactly, but close enough...) The country is full of Liberal capitalists and Conservative capitalists. Unfortunately, the ivory tower socialists have captured the flag. Fortunately, their disguise is wearing thin. As for the Hitler thing(s) - both are clever and actually uncover how damaging and powerful propaganda and bullsh!t can be when read by an emotionally charged audience. Always reminds me of Hoffer's True Believer. Great book.
