As mentioned earlier "Right America, Feeling Wronged" is eye-opening. I know there are films along both right and left lines, but they both open your eyes to the underhanded way people try to get their point across. Here's a suggestion: Stop inferring and SAY what you mean. You think Obama is Hitler reborn, SAY it. You think Bush was Hitler? SAY it. Stop inferring it. Stand behind what you believe in and BE YOURSELF. Of course, if you're scared, say you're scared. If you're scared to go black, cause you're scared you can't go back, say it. It is NOT against the law to be a bigot, racist, idiot, genius, uneducated, overeducated, white, black, purple, or even as we see on the news every night, an alarmist. But what I find really scary is the guy who will only allude to what or who he is and not come out and say it. Another great film to watch is "Taking Chance", also on HBO. It portrays a marine officer coming to grips with understanding what it takes (and how everyday americans feel) to give all you have available to you in order to defend our right to be who you are in the United States of America. Chances are, there was a young (or old) man or woman living pretty damn close to you that did exactly that. So when I read these posts that only allude to someones intentions or character instead of coming out and saying what they mean, it's disheartening. Our own people are at this very moment dying so you can say what you mean. I don't want to define "cowardly". Instead, I'll define "Heroic". Heroic is when you'll die for what you believe (or what your fellow countymen believe) and your right to SAY it. So.......SAY it.
I understand and agree to a certain extent. But sometimes (often in SabanFan's case) they are just trying to be funny. It only deserves an equally comical response. I'd modify that a bit. Hitler died for what he believed too, and he was the greatest anti-hero of all time. Dying for his beliefs only made him a martyr to his deplorable cause. I'd define a hero as one who is willing to die for what is right, even if is not what he believes.
I'm not dreaming up anything but you hear news and hearsay about these law suits. Btw, I'm not saying that birth certificate is a fake however it does look as phony as a 3 dollar bill. Maybe some of us should post our birth certificate from the 60's? Maybe its because I was born in Louisiana but my birth certificate looks like a piece of carbon paper with writing on it.
Mine, too. The classic negative Photostat was the main official copy in the 1930-1965 period. Then computer printerouts and Xerox copiers became available.
I've never really paid attention to the birth certificate story but what have they said about his original one? Was it lost? Destroyed? Why does he have one that's less than 10 years old? If you request a copy, don't they provide a copy of your original instead of a new document? Does Hawaii do it differently than Louisiana? Just curious...
