BUT, the Democrats disagree, and as such are usurping the authority of the IG. .... they don’t like the outcome of the IG, so they took matters into their own hands..... and with their connections within the deep state, they uploaded another form to make it so it was compliant for IG review.

that's entirely different from saying that the IG determined that it didn't qualify because it clearly did qualify, the IG just had questions about whether he fell under executive privilege. The IG was doing his due diligence to determine the legality of his actions. It was prudent of him to do so but has no bearing on a very "credible" complaint that was of "urgent concern."
No ... the IG didn’t know what to do with it, because if fell outside of the purview of the statute. That’s why he had to consult the DOJ on the matter. The complaint did not comply with the nature of the statute. Secondly, there were two forms uploaded, one in August and another on September 24th. That is just documented fact. But in the end, it won’t matter as I stated above. ... Trump has every right to discuss current events and issues with anybody he wants, regardless of whether or not the subject is a candidate. The Russia Probe, Ukraine, Biden, and all that were current events at the time. End of story.
