    at a score of 38 there was still only one more issue i agreed with him on than disagreed. everyone with lower scores for their top match must not really match any candidate.

  5. Thompson, but I could also live with Romney. But Tancredo scored better from my prespective with a 40. Thompson was a 38. But some of the questions really did not adequately cover my position. So I doubt the validity of the scores. Some of the possible responses were so close I could have gone either way with them. When I ran the quiz again and switched them, Thompson scored 43 and Tancredo was 38. Thompson was followed by McCain at 40.

  8. Question, I'm noticing that the ones who disagree with having a line-item veto to be mostly Democrats. Why would it run that way? What's the downside of having a line-item veto? Sounds like a way of avoiding those situations where people tack on something stupid to a bill for either getting it shot down, or to add pet projects onto the bill.
