MRX: You wanted me to write for your website? After reading that piece of drivel, I would not want to be associated with that site. That was the most stupid, ignorant column I have ever read. Get another hobby. You suck at journalism.
I am just curious... But do you guys dislike RP b/c of the way he acted when he was recruited? I am just curious... b/c it seems like a lot of you don't like him Now, I also think the article is ridiculas, and that he should be redshirted
He may not be playing up to par but he is loaded with talent and it would be best for LSU and RP for him to redshirt. To say he isn't very talented is a joke.JMO
You must be talking about another thread that I missed because no one said anything like that in this thread or any other that I have seen. RP was our biggest recruit and the one most every Tiger fan wanted to land, but even RP said he had a lot to learn and didn't realize what a transition it would be from High School to big time college ball.
This has nothing to do with liking RP. This has to do with the idiot that wrote this drivel. RP is a hell of a QB, maybe one of the best ever. But he should not be on the field now, nor should JR be pulled.
I don't hate RP. I didn't like what he said but he corrected himself and there are a lot of cocky freshman in this country....sometimes that is a very good thing. I just dislike those that place complete and unrealistic expectations on our players thus giving them a chance to bash him when he doesn't live up to them....thus this piece of complete bull**** article written by frank the ****ing idiot
RP is one my favorite players that I haven't seen play. Looking forward to it when it finally happens.
We all like RP, which is why we want him to redshirt & learn the system - to become one hell of a QB when his time comes. I didn't the read the article because the first sentence was such an abomination to journalism, but I thought MRX was doing alright with his site - trying to make it work, just being a young LSU fan. I think someone said MRX is only like 13, so he's got a lot left to learn.
