Where was the "extra gear" by Shepard on that breakaway run?

Randle was super impressive... He show that next level speed... you could see the moment when his top gear kicked in.

 

How did you figure that? Is there a rule someplace that a safety cant be faster than a receiver or running back? He's played wide receiver in the past and was a 5-star from Scout.

Is there a clause in your contract that you have to post something negative for every LSU game, no matter how big the win?

 

Chad Jones, a safety, should have NEVER been able to close on DMac the way he did in 2007. These guys are serious athletes. Barron is an AMAZING athlete.

 

I agree on this. Safeties are just big cornerbacks. And we happen to have a big cornerback that runs a 4.3. Not too big of a stretch to think other teams may have one too. LOL
