Sure, if you are an administrator or have been delegated that access by an administrator. Of course, the forum database has to actually be recording the IPs (I'd suspect it would be).
Maybe it's one person who's a schizo and all of his personalities come and go. That sounds like a wierd movie. I would think that if there was such a person that their personalities would also carry over to internet forums (if they used them).
