Didnt Red bet you last week that Shep would throw a pass against MooU?

you have to think that Miles would want to save that for some payback against Florida, being that Tebow threw his first TD against us, actually i think he may have thrown his first pass against us, in the Swamp in 06.

If Contained Chaos is right and Shep has no arm, then I doubt we will see him throw against that defense. If Shep was going to get some passing experience he should have got it against Vandy and USL.

Ive seen him play, he has a decent arm. If Keiland Williams can throw a touchdown pass, then a guy who played quarterback 4 years in High School can throw a pass. I think you are being sarcastic though, so this post is backing up your sarcasm. Unless you aren't?

I don't know. Like I said, it wasn't much footage, but it didn't look very hopeful. But for what it's worth, Warrick Dunn was also a high school QB. Also, if he's going to be a QB, he'll need to be able to throw a lot more than 'a pass.' Heck, Lee has as good an arm as anybody, and you saw what happened to him. There's a lot more that goes into being an effective passer in the college ranks than just being able to physically move the ball in the air from A to B.

He stands in the place where you live.
    Now, face North.
    Think about direction.
    Wonder why you haven't before.

Spot on article. I think Miles will make the necessary changes. He has proven in the past, although sometimes has seemed stubborn, that he knows where problems are and knows how to make the adjustments. Unfortunately the problems that exist can't be changed overnite. Although as many have pointed out fix the OL/DL and much of the problems will be better situated.

I was being semi-sarcastic. I've seen his vids from high school and he wouldnt have been considered the number 1 duel threat in the country if he couldnt throw. I havent seen him throw in a college game but its ridiculously premature to call his throws "ugly" or question his arm strength without seeing him in action at this level. You dont have to have a cannon hanging off your shoulder if you can throw an accurate ball.

I do wonder why they haven't let him attempt a couple passes. You would think we've had opportunities to get him a little experience in that department. I dont buy the "we are waiting to unleash" him argument but time will tell.

Dunn was mainly a RB at Catholic and did some QB stuff but not much.
