Where can I find a nice purple suit?

I have two words for you. Stacy. Adams. Most likely an off the shelf purple suit will either be the completely played out pimp suit or a 12 button set that you normally see on NBA draft night.

My suggestion, if you are going wear one, do it right. Go to a tailor to get one made. Simple pants with jacket prob be about $200.

For some reason i feel like "nice" and "purple suit" don't go together.

Best one I've seen so far that doesn't look absolutely hilarious. I don't think you'd get made fun of (too much) in this one, like you would the others.

 

Try the thrift store. Buy the suit larger than you need and get it tailored. They have some pretty nice brands in the big stores. (Rich people donate to these places.) :thumb:

 

If you are near Lafayette, LA, try Right On Fashions on Jefferson St., which is downtown. I got a sweet purple pinstripe suit with purple socks and shoes. Very nice people too

 

If it's not for some kind of "What not to wear" training video, then my statement stands.

 

You probably shouldn't wear a purple suit ever, I cant think of any occasion where a purple suit is a viable option.
