I am doing a bit of two. I am eternally obligated to a Super Bowl party each year. This year I told her I would show up early and leave at half time. But I want to see the end of the game either way in my own house. I would love to be in NOLA but have accepted that won't happen. SO I will celebrate alone. I can't wait, I have been worse then a kid on xmas eve the last week and a half. I have a lot in invitations because people think everything will be more fun with a crazy coonass there but I have to let them down this year. I told them when I get comfortable with the Saints being a contender each year I may show up more. But this year is for The Saints, the city, the MS Gulf Coast, the State of Louisiana, and myself. Maybe selfish but it is where I stand....

 

I am usually the same as you. BUT this time I am going to a bar in Indianapolis. As many of you know I live here in Indy. BUT the bar I am going to is owned by a fellow Louisianaian so it will be all Saints and maybe a few Colts fans.

The office here is all decorated in Colts stuff and they are giving me sh1t for wearing my Saints stuff. :wave:

and listening to WWL on my computer ( too loud ) lol

EDIT: mosdt of the fans are nice up here but I have seen some tacky stuff. the office people next door have a picture of katrina sattelite style about to hit NOLA with a big colts horsehoe in it. they are really over confident.
I think we are going to wear their asses out to be honest, deservedly so.

the colts havent played anyone this year, they didnt play near the schedule the Saints did.

 

Sorry to burst your bubble but I will be fully clothed in black and gold. The cowboy hat brought us luck the last few times I wore it in the dome so I'm wearing it Sunday... :thumb:Saintslogo
