Yes caca they’re trash and disgusting. That’s why I’ve never watched Colbert and stopped watching SNL and the like. The continual disgusting behavior exhibited by these people does show their depravity. However that’s no excuse for us to do the same. I have no truck with Michelle Obama and disagree with her on everything, yet people who compare her to a gorilla are just as disgusting to me as Seth Rohan. Trump suggesting Ted Cruz’s father had a hand in Kennedy’s assassination is just as disgusting. The golden rule isn’t do unto other as they do unto you, it do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Perhaps if we act so and demand our leaders do the same we could claim the moral high ground and look at ourselves in the mirror with pride. BTW I realize I fail too often in that myself. I’m sorry and apologize for the times I’ve treated you with rancor and distain.

Their poster child - literally - for the separation of families narrative has been busted as a fraud (the story, not the child) and their response is, "its the symbolism that matters." Point out the absurdity of their comparing border security to the Holocaust, and they give us symbolism over substance. How can any person of reason and intelligence side with them?

The way they pander to the Hispanic vote is pretty disgusting, "sanctuary cities" is total fucking nonsense, lunacy,.. their hatred of Trump I get, but I believe in fair play, not extremist propaganda. The left jumped on this caged children crap, and rode it just as hard as they could, shame on them. This is the way I saw it,.. first know this, I don't for a second believe Trump gives a damn about the welfare of the United States, he cares only about money, stroking his own ego, and keeping his base supporters energized so they can stroke his ego some more. Trump got this ball rolling, knowing his action would set off a media storm, much like when he turned up the heat in the NFL bullshit. This time, even though I think he was right, the optics were simply horrible for him, the situation blew up in his face, republicans backed away from him like he had leprosy,.. Trump caved in,.. but declared victory anyhow, and his Trumpets gobbled that shit up. Both sides are playing us as fools,.. and imagine how much ad revenue the networks take in during these media events.
@GiantDuckFan I'm sorry, I'm drawing a line in the sand on the "Trump is Hitler" issue of the day. He's enforcing a law passed in 1997! A law his predecessor also enforced for 8 years, and oh by the way, his basic job as chief executive is to enforce the laws passed by the legislative branch. A lot of people are suggesting far more children were separated from their parents and detained under Obama than under Trump. The current outrage is liberal hypocrisy at it most obscene. It will die down in about a week and they will find something else to be outraged about; probably another issue that has been ongoing for 20 or more years, but they will somehow blame Trump for it.

I agree, but you do realize that President Trump has made significant progress in all these areas? Some successes are down right spectacular. But still, a sizable portion of the country thinks he's a lapdog of Satan. That's mind boggling. I would also add: 6) Affordable Health Care. A real impact could be realized from legalizing Medical Cannabis across the country. Other issues/problems need to be addressed, like the incredible power and political corruption of Big Pharma, and frankly, we're a nation of fat asses with all the health issues/cost that comes with.
