I think he was right but it all depended on democrats showing up to vote like they did in 08 and 12, they just didn't because well, frankly the democratic candidate sucked.
He may have been right about his poll info but he was wrong to use the term "mathematically impossible." If you buy a lottery ticket the odds are greatly against you but not impossible. Trump always had a better mathematical probability of pulling off the upset than any of have of winning the lottery. Or that Les Miles would have ever won another SEC title.
There is still a little business to take care of. A few of us had a little round table and have decided you need to change your screen name to "Trump Wins NC" (Thanks @islstl ) we won't make you keep it that way for very long
I have utmost respect for you, as you made several intelligent (if not misguided) statements and provided lots of analysis. i don't think you necessarily underestimated trump, I think you underestimated the horridness that is Hillary Clinton.
I think a lot of people did including the Democratic Party, you were right though when you pointed out a long time ago about them screwing Bernie, and Trump was right when he said he would rather run against crooked Hillary than Bernie. A lot of those states that pollsters thought would go to Hillary, the big blue wall, I wanna say Bernie beat her in the primaries in some of those states.
You know what....in the spirit of taking my lumps I will change my screen name to Trump Wins NC for a period of my own choosing.
