EVERY APPROPRIATIONS bill is full of garbage. It's how these A-holes stay in power. They channel BS spending to their district, and at election time point out all the dollars/jobs they have brought in. If you are bored, go through the bill, and look at all the spending in Kentucky. It's how Mitch stays in power. I'm sure that Trump did not ask for fish to be studied, but some Congressman or Senator just got a wad of cash thrown into his or her district for the study. At one time there was more Coast Guard in WEST FREAKING VIRGINA than anywhere. No coincidence that Byrd was the ranking Senator. It is disgusting. But, please do not think the Coronavirus Relief bill is the exception.
