Yes ... for high crimes and misdemeanors ... and fraud qualifies. As such, Biden, Harris, and Pelosi could all be impeached in one fail swoop, because the election was fraudulent.

First off impeachment isn’t a solution to get rid of Pelosi. It’s up to the house to seat or unseat members. She can be tried and go to jail but still serve. James Trafficante did earlier.
Impeachment is a political action. It would take a Bill of impeachment to pass the house then the senate holds the trial and it takes 2/3 (67) votes to convict.
Do you really think that will happen even if fraud is proven????

Actually Pelosi may be at the greatest risk as her majority is thin and she’s not as popular.

I have no legal training, but how is it even conceivable that Biden could be impeached if the people running the voting in Detroit committed some kind of fraud? Surely you don't think Joe ordered or orchestrated the massive, nationwide fraud that is alleged.

    Biden’s Special Counsel Problem
Attorney General William Barr directed U.S. Attorney John Durham to investigate the FBI’s investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 election. What it means and how we got here.
    December 8, 2020

his past April, Attorney General William Barr launched an investigation into the origins of the FBI's investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election. In May, Barr tapped John Durham, the U.S. Attorney for the District of Connecticut, to assist in this investigation.

Recently, Barr disclosed that on Oct 19, he had secretly appointed Durham as a special counsel. As a result, Durham now has the same independence and protections once enjoyed by Robert Mueller, the special counsel appointed to oversee the 2017-2019 investigation of Russian interference.

With this appointment, Barr ties the hands of President-elect Joe Biden, who will now start his term under the shadow of an ongoing investigation that can reach back as far as the Obama-Biden administration.

Impeachment is a political action first and foremost. It takes the form of a legal action with the House being the Grand Jury and Senate trial holder and jury. As we saw with Clinton and Trump there’s a huge step from impeachment to conviction.
Also while there usually is a criminal act that is used as the basis the judgment and vote on conviction is political. Senators won’t vote to convict unless the great majority of voters are demanding it.

Of course not, that buffoon couldn't manufacture a PB&J without poking his own eye out with the butterknife. I doubt he even knew that the fix was in.
