I no longer care, but if this is the best they’ve got, I predict they will be told the time to question is when laws were changed, not after an election result they did not like. I believe the lower courts have repeatedly stated something like that while shooting down previous cases.

No if/when Joe does something impeachable I’ll be all for it. I thought and still think some of Obama’s actions were impeachable.
In the situation you set for Joe not to stay in office would require impeachment. Not going to happen with a Democrat congress or a senate that is only 51 Republicans.

So if the SC found Fraud, that isn't impeachable? Is this your play?

No it may be impeachable but Congress as it’s constituted won’t impeach and the senate wouldn’t convict. The SCOTUS has no constitutional power to remove a president.

Have you read the Texas filing? Can you tell me why "you" believe they will not hear the case?

    In your own words?

I don’t think the other states will have standing to file. If there’s fraud the the citizens of the states fraud occurred may have and every one of those suits has gone no where.

TW you didn’t address my answer but deflected. It doesn’t matter what happens at SCOTUS if there is no impeachment. What do you think about this?

Dumbass that a specific answer. If there is no standing the SCOTUS will refuse to hear the case.
