If Flynn was truly innocent of his crimes why didn't his legal team present this in court? If they did, why didn't it matter? Flynn pled guilty because he knew what he did was wrong. He knew he had not been duped. If he felt he had been duped, why didn't he present that information to the court? Why plead guilty to a crime you don't believe you committed?
