neither of these things you read on twitter are true.

1. he said they should be allowed to vote after either serving their country in some way or passing a civics test.

so thats not true

2. he didnt say global warming is a hoax he he said:

"“The climate change agenda is a hoax … The reality is more people are dying of bad climate change policies than they are of actual climate change."

so he is even referencing the actual climate change here, which he acknowledges. his claim is that policies that are meant to address climate change are themselves destructive.
