They're saying we're only going to get a dusting to one inch of snow this time. Of course, that's also what they were saying at 6 a.m. on the morning of the record-breaking foot of snow on the 11th. So we shall see...
no sh*t! right now... 29 degrees with a windchill of 17 degrees. cloudy, nw wind at 17 mph, and 83% humidity. in other words, cold, damp, and dreary. blah!
snowed a little last night. fortunately we didn't get as much as those all around us. should warm up enough to melt it today.
Lubbock got 1.8 to 4.2 inches depending on where you live. I live about a mile from the station that got 4.2.
Still awaiting our snow. I don't think it'll amount to much, though. There's a chance of a "wintry mix" Friday and again Sunday into Monday. The forecast is for "below normal" temps through the middle of March. I'm happy I'll be spending the 3rd week of March in Baton Rouge.
We've been having some weird weather here. Last night I was outside q'ing up chicken wrapped in bacon wearing shorts and very comfortable. Tonight its getting cold and rainy and will snow after midnight. Crazy!!! I'm ready for hot, humid weather.
i think we have a slight chance in a day or two with a better chance this weekend. i am really sick of this sh*t!
