    You could buy the house and it could be your 2nd home....good investment property...beaches, spring training....you could even rent it out when you weren't using it!!

    Think it got up to about 80 over here in Jax today...lots of sunshine, the irony to all this is they're saying we may get another freeze next week...typical North Florida winter though...usually have to wear a jacket in the morning and by 2 PM you're ready to put shorts on.
