Maybe for you. I was supposed to fly out yesterday. I have a 5:45 am flight out of LaGuardia tomorrow morning. Fingers crossed.

 

good god! thats an awful time! i am NOT a morning person and i think that time for a flight may be worse than the snow.

 

When I woke up at 5:45, huge snowflakes had started falling. By the time I looked out again at 6:20, there were 2-3 inches on the ground.

School's not cancelled, though a winter storm warning was just issued because we could get upwards of 6-8 inches of snow today.

It's gonna be a fun, fun day to teach middle school!

I can still hope for a snow day tomorrow, as we could have some major ice in the morning when temps in the 20's will freeze the heck out of all the precip on the streets.

 

I'm having a car service pick me up at 4 am, which means I'll get up at 3:15. At that time, forget finding a cup of coffee. The upside is that I'll sleep the entire flight and get to Lafayette at 11:45 am.

 

Hmm.. if the weather does like they say it's going to, I may have to try to go get some more snow pictures of Mike VI tomorrow.
