    We are FINALLY back to the high 70's during the day and the mid to high 50's during the day. Thank goodness! Although that doesn't help my yard after the last two weeks. Everything is dead, it is just depressing looking!

    Oh yeah, we have absolutely no winter this far down south florida.

    Under 50 and people act like we live in Siberia.

    I'm sort of pulling for an ice storm up here. It's been a few years since I've had ice piled up outside my door, so that I, literally, cannot get outside. I could use a couple of days off--but of course, I don't want to lose electricity in that scenario!

    The winter storm watches for DFW just went up in the last hour. We'll see...

    25 degrees and a glaze of ice on everything. i went outside early this morning went flying with just a thin glaze. went out around 1 with it being more like a sheet (probably only about an 1/8th an inch so far) of ice on my driveway and almost fell on my ass again! i think ill just stay inside through tonight and tomorrow.

    i am hoping it doesnt build up enough to lose electricity since its continuing to fall. that would suck.

    stacey, if you had an ice storm, we would get hammered! dont want that! :eek:

    a layer of ice now toped with a layer of snow. (probably only an inch so far.) 19 degrees now not supposed to get out of the 20's.

    and since it will get down to 13 tonight it will likely be later tomorrow before it starts melting, and hopefully will get above freezing and do so! i need to get out and get some things done, but i am not taking my new truck out on ice just some some idiot slides into it!




    i see a lot of this around okc today....
