Nah, If I knew you needed the beer that bad I would but there is no other weather to talk about. Everybody gets wet and this is a good drill for the organizers. Good enough for a Hurricane party though. There should still be surf, just no real sweal to support a mess.

Please, please, in the name of all that is holy, let this puny tropical storm kick some rain up DFW's way--and not just the southside of town, I'm talking halfway up to Oklahoma, where all of my flowers are frying in the sun!

lets make it all the way up into central oklahoma. 3/4 of my flowers on my patio are dead. crispy. kaput. and it is getting difficult to get enough water poured onto my veggies to keep them going. we need a nice cooling rain.

Fort Worth got a good rain last night and today has been, dare I say, comfortable.

I wouldn't say Plano got a "good rain," but it misted here and was comfortable--only 96 for the high! Score!

I have no idea what orlando's was like today but I would assume hot as hell with a violent midafternoon thunderstorm.

I am Holyoke, Mass though and today was in the 70's I think and had a really rain storm that lasted about 45 seconds.

Record high yesterday...hit 100 and thats on the coast. Heat index values around 115. It has been hotter on the coast than inland due to the sea breeze bringing moisture in. Today....supposed to be another record high of 99 and about the same head index values.
