  2. I bought the frozen raw boudin balls a couple of months ago. Thought I'd keep them in the freezer and cook up a few of them every now and then.

    Big, big mistake. I now fry up a few (ok, maybe more than a few) a couple of times a week. What use to be a treat is now a habit.

    The crawfish boudin balls aren't bad, either...

  7. Tough to say, because anything is good while you're tailgating, but I'll go with fried fish. I have no preference when it comes to beer. If someone says, "Hey, want a beer?" I don't say ,"Yea, whatchagot?" I just say yea hook it up man. Who's gonna be tailgating for the Spring Game? Hopefully, I'll be in Indianapolis for the Final Four, but if not, I'll be at LSU early early.
