Red Beans and Rice, like Granny used to make. A very close runner-up: Hot Roast Beef Po-Boy from Teddy's Grill in New Orleans. Never eaten one better than that. Not Mother's, not Serio's. There is none better. And for sure, there isn't one in Baton Rouge that even comes close.

whats that? i am guessing there are alternate spellings of this and its also the couscous? the thing from the song (hot boudin, cold coowhatever, cmon tigers and push push push?). my family isnt from baton rouge so we never had that kind of thing, what is that? i know there is a thing called cous cous maybe and that is like a moroccan rice? is it similar?
