every cereal for children is delicious. cinnamon toast crunch and cookie crisp are particularly great.
i dont eat that shit anymore, even the adult healthy cereals, as i dont think any grain is a good idea, ever really. that shit is putting us in the grave
Agree on the kids cereal, its like a desert. And they are all carb heavy, which is not good for diabetics. There are some cereals that are 'OK' for diabetics - but they taste like bad genetically altered corn flakes.
we are not designed to eat any of this crap. But im eating some anyhow.

When I was a kid, we always had the "kids" cereals in the house, Cap'n Crunch, Cocoa Puffs, etc. (King Vitamin was my fav). Rarely ate them for breakfast, it was usually an after-school snack.
We didn't have any of that stuff at our house. Corn flakes, Wheaties, and rice crispies only for cold cereal. Mostly we have grits or oatmeal. I thing the main reason is that they were cheaper. Mom made frugality an art. She mixed whole milk half and half with powered milk making cold cereal less tasty anyway. Consequently, I hated milk growing up
