I'm a wing nut myself. Doesn't matter if i'm home watching my LSU or my NFL team, Buffalo Bills, or i'm in the parking lot, I always have about 50 wings and a jar of blue cheese handy.

    Richard's Boudin.

However, Uncle Gus can cook up some DAMN GOOD Pork chops which are so tender that you can put it on a large roll and make a sandwich out of it.

No matter what you grill, stew, boil for a game you have some have a few different kinds of sausage to nibble on.

For breakfast, we almost always do chicken biscuits from Chick-fil-a and mimosas. We change up our lunch on a weekly basis. Always looking for a cold game to cook up some chicken and sausage gumbo.

I grill a pork loin that I marinade overnight in a Ziploc container. The marinade is a
mixture of pineapple juice, orange juice, Coca-Cola, brown sugar, honey, cinnamin,
and two shots of Jack Daniels. I get a low fire going, and grill the loin over it for about an hour (got to cut it open and be sure it's white in the center...can't take chances with pork), all the while brushing it with more of the marinade.

If I'm in a hurry, though, not much beats Popeye's.

I normally am out in the Shenandoah Valley with my son watching the games. The best we can do out there is ... no lie ... Chinese take out. But it's good Chinese take out. Gen. Tso has seen us through quite a few games.

There are a few Popeye's over here in the eastern part of the state where I live, and even a new Copeland's, but there is nothing like that where he lives.
