I completely understand what you are talking about. I would hate Texas too if they got their only win of the season in the Cotton Bowl at your expense :D

.....Waiting for the resident Marine to throw up some ownage of Texas at the Cotton Bowl :D

Yeah, this will be our first real test. We should take them. Talent is pretty equal for the most part. It's a mental mismatch between our coaches and players and theirs IMO.

What?!? The reason UGA wiped the floor with Auburn last year wasn't because we shut the running game down.....it was because Wingnut, in his infinate wisdom, tried to pass the ball all damn day. It wasn't until the first drive of the 2nd half that he really kept it on the ground, and Auburn moved the ball with a good bit of success. The Dawgs stood tall on that drive and held Auburn to a FG attempt (which they promptly missed), and Tubbs went back to passing the ball.

That said, I still think Jason Campbell is stink on wheat and Brown and Williams are better than "decent". The RBs are Auburn's bread and butter and trying to deny that is just foolish.

Not so fast bullpuppy. Neither Carnell nor Ronnie hit the hundred yard mark against UT the other day...and we still whipped them like nobody's business. Auburn has a MUCH more balanced offense this year with the addition of Al Borges as our OC. :thumb:

I'm not saying Auburn will have the same success with UGA but you will see a much more improved Auburn offense over last year...can't wait.

LSU fans will never see it...never expected you to anyway. No football team on this earth compares to the 3-2 LSU tigers.
