After reading some of your posts, I would probably want him gone as well. I was glad when SOS left, but I'd like to see him go against Saban year after year, that would have Game of the Week written all over it. I guess it just hadn't hit me as to the degree of respect that he's brought to the program and they are already convinced that they don't stand a chance until they 1) recruit better 2) have better game day coaching. It is just great to be leading the pack after having watched the lead dogs for some time, and you know what they say if you are not the lead dog: the view never changes.

It could possibly be our good friend Robert Lane.

Thanks Guys for putting Saban's record up there, I thought I had
seen it during one of the recent games as I stated.

But I didn't know where to find it!

Hell yeah they want him to leave LSU.

Maybe five percent of the fans from other SEC schools would like Coach Saban to stay at LSU for a while. The other 95 percent want him gone YESTERDAY because they know that LSU is a MONSTER right now, and for the forseeable future.

They figure that will change if Coach goes to the NFL.

Can you blame them for hoping that we lose our coach?

I didn't shed a tear when Spurrier left Florida.

I hope he stays too. Saban is good for the conference. Clean cut guy, well spoken, runs a disciplined program, and has built a winner. The SEC needs guys like CNS. Hell, I miss Spurrier , and Lord knows we all had a reason to run him off.

I will say though, living here in Atlanta, I'm hearing a ton about Saban with the Falcons club. Lastest rumor today though was that Wanstadt (sp) might be available after the choke last night on MNF.

Thats just what the Falcons need........Dave Wanstadt.

I like him as a person but he couldn't get the job done in
    Chicago or Miami.

The Falcons would've been better off keeping Dan Reeves

Have to agree with you on that one dough Wanstadt doesn't have a clue. Like you said nice guy but needs to be a coordinator somewhere and not a head coach. I still think Dennis Green is their man.
