You can also buy out-of-print books from Barnes & Noble online. I bought two John Ed Bradley novels that way. I think the total for both of them was $9, including shipping. They have a network of mom & pop bookstores around the country sending them out. One came from Tennessee, the other from California.
I use it a lot. Sometimes just to check and see if an Ebay price is beatable. Ebay sellers are often not very savvy and price books WAY cheap. Sometimes way high. Bookfinder.com has been useful, too.
2006 series Big Bertha Iron Set (4-SW) $299 Shipped. Brand new. Pretty excited about it, goes for $400-$500 normally. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&item=170304587367 Now I just need a gap wedge and Hybrid 3 Iron (cuz I can't hit anything lower than a 4 iron as far as standard irons go)
the PS3 when it was released a few years ago. price was something like $700 for the 60 gig special. I had a connection (thanks Vball)
Just got some new Nikes in yesterday. Needed some shoes to hold me over until I get a pair for my birthday (already decided what I'm getting myself) and the seller took my best offer of $50- 41% off his asking price! They ain't anything special, but they're really comfortable. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&item=370155199717
