Correct, the Anser 4 is a later model and, I assume, improved. Still, you gotta be able to stroke it. One of my favorite stories: A fight fan is sitting next to a Catholic priest at a boxing match. One fighter, when introduced, makes the Sign of the Cross. The guy looks at the Priest and asks "Does that help?" The priest says "Yes, if he can fight."
Not sure why that putter looks so different, I guess cuz it's not the I-series. This pic matches what I bought. http://www.scorelow.com/item--PING-i-Series-Anser-4-Putter--PINGG10ISERIESANSER.html
SF, the dude I bought the putter from had another one in the exact same mint condition for $50 shipped, just without a head cover, but it did not sell (both were expiring within 10 minutes of each other). I didn't want to bother having to buy a head cover separately and maybe save a couple of bucks, so I got the one he had for $65. Actually I think the head cover with shipping would have been at least $20, so I actually came out ahead.
i dont think i ever said it was. i found a similar one for sabanfan to be express delivered for 30 bucks.
Last purchases were an antique fishing rod and a dvd. I buy lots of DVDs on the Devil's Swap Meet site.
