    First reaction - the NC boy in me says hell no.
    After rereading- hell we put slaw on it for sandwiches all day, bet it is great!
    The local place I frequent has something called disco fries; fries, cheddar and jack with brisket debris.May have to try it.

    One of the things I miss the most about home is going to places (most often a grocery store) and picking up a plate lunch. Man those were the days

    I'm having leftover pulled pork from @KyleK amazing recipe from a few nights ago. I could sell this stuff but then I'd have to give the sob some sort of royalty or something ;)

    Yesterday I cooked a roast beef in the slow cooker so roast beef poboy for lunch today

    I watch Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives occasionally. The other day he visited a place that specialized in pulled pork. It looked damn good and Guy said it was among the best pulled pork he had ever eaten. Strangely enough, I think the place he visited was in Canada.
