    Red beans, rice, sausage, corn bread. Easily the best batch I've made in years too.

    This will likely be the "what is for breakfast, lunch, and dinner" answer for the next few days. Of course, I may add some Beano to that.

    Drive home thinking my parents wont be fixing anything so i eat a nasty sandwich from Wingzone on the way.

    I get home and they have Gumbo. Too bad I was about to throw up my sandwich with 12lbs on bbq on it. Lucky me.

    Tonight pork tenderloin.

    For the LSU vs Tulane game ...Alligator Sauce Piquante. It was awesome!! I'll fry gator for this weekend :thumb:
