I made Pad Thai, from one of those packets. Turned out to be a lot of work, and was just OK. Probably won't be adding that the rotation.

    Chicken with cashews
    Beef with oyster sauce
    Spring Rolls
    Potstickers

(Hubby didn't care for the potstickers and I wasn't a fan of the Thai spring rolls.)

    BBQ- baby back ribs
    Fried Okra
    Potato Salad
    Blackberry Cobbler
    Iced Tea

I was hungry (looked like this: :po: before we ate) and ate it all. Of course there were 9 old people in front of us debating about what side dishes they should get, why a salad costs $4.00, why dont they have a salad bar. I went from :po: to:dis: to :angryfire to  in 10 minutes. Then I was like this :) when I ate.

It was an emotion filled dining expierence.

Dont get me hungry. You. wouldnt. like me. when. I'm hungry...

Cheating this week, on vacation, but we're pigging out on fresh boiled shrimp at home (they call them mediums here in Seagrove, but in Houston, they are large shrimp, bout $10 a lb. without the heads).

One night we had home made crab cakes with a bottle of nice Reisling wine and some corn!!! Ummmmm Ummmmm!

We saved some lump crab, next AM had omlet with crab meat, green onions, salt, pepper. Ummm Ummmm. Too bad we finished the wine last night... Had to go with coffee.

Last night we went to a friends house for dinner. When Italians cook Italian food, I'm there.

    Lasagna
    Ciabatta Bread
    Spring Mix salad
    Chianti

    Cherry Pie
    Vanilla Ice Cream

The only bad part was that I dont have lunch today, so I'll have to make due with a Lean Cuisine pizza.
