    gyros salad. grilled flatbreat with hummus. i'm stuffed!

    Soft Shell Crab po-boy from Spahr's, then I polised off the stuffed crab, and a couple stuffed shrimp from my wife seafood platter.

    The Spahr's in Houma ain't quite as good as the one in Des Allemands (pre-fire)

    Tonight it's my turn to cook.

    I'm serving up boneless chick breast stuffed with spinach and taso. Sprinkle some bread crumbs on top with fixin's!

    Pan seared Taliapia
    Sauteed Corn
    Salad: Spring Mix, Bleu Cheese, Walnuts, Strawberries, Balsamic Vinegar

    I made a yummy meatloaf with jalepenos and wrapped it in bacon...
    No potatoes so we had green beans instead.

    And cheese toast.

    i made meatloaf last night and had mashed potatoes and green beans. but mine was more of an italian style with italian herbs and parmesan cheese. but anyway you fix it, a true comfort food.

    i have no idea. i am hoping greenie will pick up something take out on his way home because i haven't even had time to think about what to fix for dinner. whatever it is, it needs to be healthy to make up for eating but double chocolate brownies today! :grin:
