Ended up not going. We'd planned to go the four of us (My wife and two daughters), just to have a little quiet family time. Well, when the word got out, the rest of the team wanted to follow us so we picked up some food on the way back to the Hotel after our game and I just told them the kids were hungry and by the time we would have showered, waited, etc. it would have been too long. The ones who went ended up not staying (Except one the TIGHTEST one whose wife insisted- he was so pizzed that he had to pay $8.00 for a hamburger and even more when I found out and told him I could have bought him two boxes of hamburgers for that price, at Wal Mart :hihi: ). They should've realized seating for twenty people would be long, it was an hour. There was a 12U Opelousas team staying at our hotel- I knew two of their coaches from coaching against them two years ago- and we partied with them and fed several of them the two nights before so they offered me some pizza at the pool and that's what I ended up having. Didn't really understand why you asked about there being any white people though. The parties get crazy at times.......here's a pic from an earlier tourn. Some of our parents doing the cupid shuffle.
Never found why that was appetizing. Possibly because I do not like shrimp... I'm having Fajita Salad.
I just don't understand how some ppl don't like shrimp. My wife don't like them and even hates it when I order it at a restaurant. Pass your shrimp to me, I'll eat'em!
I don't eat them, but I don't care if other people do. In fact I eat around shrimp in gumbo, bisques and fried rice.
