beer brats, grilled veggies, sauteed green beans, salad, potato salad, fresh fruit salad. and a few dark chocolate covered almonds.

    i'm stuffed

actually, that was lunch, but if there is dinner it will be leftovers of the same.

i just got done with the ribs i made.

i paid a total of $.06 for the 2 lbs rack thanks to a typo. i don't know if they tasted better because of how i cooked them or the fact that I probably spent more on electricity for heating the oven than the ribs themselves.

now back to watching war movies

BBQ'd country style ribs, pork and beans, steamed asparagas, gah-lick bread and mashed potatoes at my son's request. Gin and tonic while manning the grill to be followed by white or red wine, hadn't decided that yet.

MMMM....after traveling from B.R. to South Carolina in a Penske truck pulling a trailor, my little sister whom I moved here is cooking me crawfish etouffe. Not grilling out like i wanted, but when i dont have to cook anything it is good!

Cookout with pork tenderloin, smoked boudin, green onion sausage, ribeyes marinated to perfection, and my wife made a salad to mix it up a little.:)

Finished Band of Brothers today as well while drinking margaritas.

Sunday- Fried catfish, fresh green beans, black eyed peas and rice, watermelon, and Abita Restoration Ale. My brother got some new breed of catfish. It's bread to not smell/ taste so fishy.

Monday- McDonalds :nope: . Pit stop on the lonely road back to Houston.

Boneless chicken breast stuffed with spinach, tasso, and cheese. Then grilled to perfection with a side of broccoli and cheese and corn on the cob.

    damn, I'm hungry again!

Big pot of navy beans with 2 ham steaks diced into it. Few onions, some salt and black pepper. Brown rice. One of my favorites, cooked them Monday, put in fridge, eat them Tue, Wed. and Thur. I love my navy beans!!! :)
