A couple of nights ago, I had stuffed flounder form Charlotte Plummer's in Rockport, Texas. Best seafood I've evr eaten outside of Louisiana's borders.

 

salad, grilled lamb chops, grilled flat bread. maybe some humus.

 

Just me here, so I don't know what I am gonna eat for supper.

I might go get something.

 

Crawfish fettucini.......I wanted etoufee but 3 females vs. 1 male.......I had no chance. 1 female against 3 males would be a much better match. :hihi:
