Just cooked some ribs and when I tried to pick them up by the middle bones they just came clean off the meat.:grin: I cooked them with some Rendezvous sauce and rib rub I had shipped from Memphis.
i don't know what to be more shocked about. that you are eating a home cooked meal or that you have a girlfriend.:hihi: J/K!

I went and got some Chicken Philly type sandwich. They literally only put grilled chicken on 1/2 of the French Bread. It was so pitiful it was funny. Guess thew cook quit or something.
Ok tonight.... Broiled fresh king salmon Fresh steamed artichoke(!) Purple garlic mashed potatoes w/ Tony Chachere's gravy Blue cornbread (leftover ) Lagunitas Maximus Double IPA (all the above is WAAAYYY too healthy - need some balance :grin: )
I finally got me some sushi in Jackson this weekend. My favorite rolls are fried shrimp, snow crab and spicy crawfish. We made it a point to sit at the grill and I ordered Sukiyaki Steak. Hubby had Teriaki Scallops and our friend ordered the steak and shrimp. Mmmmmm....
