I made it in about 1:30am and doing fine thank you. We boiled 3 sacks of crawfish and fried two turkeys then our friends band played until midnight.

Marinated Shrimp, green, red, yellow peppers, onions, zuchinni, and squash cooked on the grill. I think I might have to add some boudin as an appetizer.

Burgers (flavored with chopped onions, italian style bread crumbs, magic barbeque seasoning, Tony's, worcestishire sauce, shot of squeezed lime, mesquite flavored marinade) on a grill.:thumb:

Spinach salad with fresh sunflower sprouts, cherry tomatoes, croutons, pepitas, fresh crumbled Point Reyes blue cheese, fresh mushrooms, boiled egg, and a dash of parmesan and black pepper.

Topped with Emeril's Bacon Vinegrette, the best spinach salad dressing.

The next 6-7 months out here will be spectacular for the fresh veggies and fruits.
