Primarily during LSU games, but several of us did get together there for the Saints on Sunday. There was talk about getting together in chat during the bowl announcements this next Sunday.

Join us. And bring recipes. Orlando loves that! :hihi:

Turducken sandwiches, on whitewheat with a good bit of mayo, cracked pepper and salt. Finally finished off that dang bird.

Yea, it wasn't particularly good, but better than throwing away perfectly good meat. I'm a sucker for turkey/mayo/pepper sandwiches anyway.

Sweeeeet! Now, if I can just get someone to ship me the following:

    1.) Bergeron Pecans

    2.) Ambrosia Strawberry Cake

    3.) Mike Anderson's Catfish plate

    4.) Pralines
    5.) Blue Runner Red Beans
    6.) Gumbo File

None of which I can get here in Redneckville.

Try www.cajungrocer.com for pralines, blue runner beans, gumbo file and probably bergeron's pecans. Not to mention turduckens, andouille, crawfish and a hundred other cajun and creole foods.
