    Dang col, that reminds me so much of family memorial day weekends when I was growing up. Ya'll are making lifetime memories for those kids. Love the melon in the creek. If that's not southern, nothing is.

    I am at the in-laws house tonight. I kept it simple and cooked a couple of pork roasts, roasted a bit of corn on the cob and some asparagus. Did a nice sweet/sour reduction/glaze for the pork. Premade bag salad and we were good to go. They are easy to please... My mother in law told me it was the best pork she had ever had. We eat like this every night! They usually eat tv dinners, so there ya go.. :)

    Turkey, actually Wild Turkey. I think I "ate" too much.....

    I picked up a couple of Prime ribeyes at Calandro's. Pulling out the grill if the rain holds off.
