I went to a pig roast and the weather was perfect. Hot pig roasted 13 hours. I chose green beans, potato salad, french bread, cole slaw, and baked beans from about 2 dozen potluck choices. I had no room for any of the pies or cakes.

have a couple of rib eye steaks marinating in the fridge to grill later, and will make a caesar salad to to with them. have home made croutons for the salad. its gonna some good eatin! edit: was starving so made dinner early. and it was every bit as good as advertised!
