I have Prime ribeyes from Calandro's to grill or broil tonight. I'm going to pass on the spuds and get some asparagus. Maybe a shrimp cocktail, I have some shrimp in the freezer . . .

Chicken breasts marinated in Italian dressing. Covered in bread crumbs mixed with italian seasoning, garlic powder, and parmesan. Cooked in a frying pan with olive oil til done and browned. Added Italian dressing at the end to create a little sauce. Served with a baked potato.

We went cheap & easy tonight, we had steamed asparagus and split these.

The entrees were 2 for $3, asparagus cost $1.29.

    Cost of meal = $4.29.

Time to cook = 6 minutes.

A little salty, but not bad for frozen.
