I cooked chicken, artichoke heart and sundried tomato fettucini Alfredo last night. Can't think of a better dish to "marry" heavy cream, butter and Romano cheese ! I use one of Frank Davis' recipes as a base and tailor it to what I want to put into it. Quite good I must say. Also made Tabouli.

Your dish sounds delicious. However, the "mac" part reminded me of a college roommate that "cooked" a dish called tuna-mac. He made Kraft mac and cheese and then dumped an undrained can of tunafish in the pos. It was freaking horrible and would make me gag. Me and my other three roommates were very scarce when he made that garbage. Yuck. Did I mention how bad it was ?
Ha ha, this has elbow macaroni but nothing about it is Kraft. Btw... After having eaten this one, it's good, but Hamburger Helper is easier and tastes about the same. Just depends on how much effort you want to put into it
There are days when breakfast at dinnertime is just the right meal. I've had many a Mitchell omelette at Louie's for dinner.
i LOVE breakfast at dinner. i am making a gumbo today, but i think tomorrow will have to be eggs grits and bacon.:thumb:
