    Pork Chops and Corn, Green Bean Casserole, broccoli and alfredo pasta, and cresant rolls. Mike's mom came over for dinner also, so I made his favorite!

    This may be a little bit of my red neck showing through, but we had pinto beans, cornbread, mac n cheese, and fried potatoes. All homemade.

    Color me redneck...sounds wonderful to me! But I might need a meat in all that!

    good lord, that does sound wonderful. but im trying to cut back on carbs for a while till i get the fudge worked off. and i think i just gained 5 pounds reading that! :eek:

    Shrimp gumbo left in my freezer by my parents after their Christmas visit. Perfect fare for an ice storm!

    excellent choice. i just pulled some chicken/sausage/oyster gumbo out of the freezer! :thumb:

    I ate at the Saltgrass in Grapevine last weekend and the steak was good and service was excellent.
