ahem. okies home. if i ever get the nola house rebuilt, you and i are gonna have to have some serious time in the kitchen going over some things. like its ok to make a roux and to cook with chocolate! and tenn, congrats on the gumbo. learning the way our grandmothers make things really is a great tradition.
