    trying to be somewhat healthy for the first time in several days, and also trying to cook.

    roasted chicken, fresh sauteed aspargus, caesar salad.

    Crab and Shrimp Stuffed Peppers with Crawfish Etoufee....etoufee was frozen, but did the trick.

    I've been sick all week. It was comfort food tonight--baked chicken.

    Daughter was in from San Antone, she brought my last remaining college kid from San Marcos. Gotta do something good. I grilled some country ribs for two hours on slow fire, pork & beans, wife made homemade mac & cheese (needed a little more cayenne), and french bread. Store bought cherry pie for desert; I like em.

    I had Hamburger Helper stovetop Beef Stroganoff and I boiled a fresh ear of corn.

    Baked chicken with rosemary roasted potatoes, green beans and sourdough bread.

    garlic bread

    Chik-fil-a.... on Wed. night if you bring a church program you buy one value meal get one free. Cheap way for me and the wife to eat!!! I'll be glad when she gets outta PT school!!!:wink:
