    a really good brisket that sat in the crockpot cooking all day. My wife is getting the hang of this and she is definitely someone, who I had to teach and bring along in the kitchen.

    If she was smart (I know she is, don't get all mad now), she'd keep her cooking on the sub-par level so you could just keep at it. :grin:

    Looking like an IV tonight if things don't look up. Laying in a ER bed right now with an IV in my arm. The good thing is service is quick for americans with money in PR. They are about to run some tests, we will see!

    If you guys are ever around McComb, try the DINNER BELL. I stopped by today for a "go plate." $7.00... had a huge chicken breast, famous fried eggplant, corn bread, roll, dumplings, lima beans, turnips, cornbread dressing, and sweet yams. Pretty good for $7.00.....the meals there are served with the lazy susan tables. All you can eat. the menu there at the place has more options.
