Home-made hamburgers.........one of my favorites. We cut up onions real small and put them in the freshly ground meat from a local butcher- it really keeps the patty moist. Buns buttered and toasted in oven.
I'm headed to BR this weekend- I plan to hit the following: Chimes Wayne Stabliers La Caretta CC's Saturday night (laaaaate) at Coffee Call (It's a girls night tradition.) Speaking of girl's night... we went to Roux House last time I was in. Any other bars that aren't overrun with Freshman?
The Station is not too bad. I used to go there to find the older ladies when I was a freshman.:hihi: On the weekends they usually have bands come perform each night. And they have a seperate area if you just want to drink and catch up with your friends. My favorite place downtown is the Wine Loft. Many of the college kids cant get in because they show up in jeans or shorts.:thumb:
