I totally agree. Since i have family that attended S. Carolina some that go there now, they are constantly trying to get me to go to a game and I tell them you dont want me to go because Ill be the only one wearing purple and gold...even if LSU isnt playing. Nobody could convert me over to anything but LSU! . My girlfriend now is a LSU fan because of me. I guess it was because everytime we go out im wearing something LSU or because Ive dragged her to a couple bowl games and away games the last 2 years. It will be on on the 28th when LSU comes to S.C. to play. Of course ill be sitting in their seats surronded by lamecock fans...but when we are kicking their butts they will be quiet.:geauxtige
football season is a half year away. I wouldn't be making any game plans this early. she may dump you by that time. :lol:
My husband is a Miss State grad. The past few years have really put a damper on the game. I want to cheer big cause the Tigers are whipping the Bulldogs, but I feel sorry for them (and my husband). They're just sooo bad! Lately, we've gone to watching the game in different rooms. =)
It's been on JP or ESPN GamePlan at least the past two years. My husband's really excited to have me pay $20 to watch his team get beaten. =)
Buy your girlfriend an LSU shirt 'cause after the first quarter she'll be converted! And Chele, just tell your hubby he can solve all his gametime problems by getting rid of all that maroon crap and going to the purple and gold! Lets see if I can word this w/out having this thread deleted by the mods. When a chick is going south on you, pull up and shoot a three pointer in her eye then jump up and kick her in the shin. Run over to the light switch and cut the lights on. Watch her limp around the room and go ARRRRR like an angry pirate w/one eye.
